Snooki's nude photo scandal: Ex boyfriend Emilio says 'Not me!' It's still unknown who leaked the nude cell phone photos of Snooki online, but one of her ex-boyfriends claims it wasn't him. Emilio Masella, who has followed Snooki to Seaside Heights and even crashed her public appearance in Florida, denie he is to blame. "I'm done with her and moving on with my own career," Masella told TMZ. There's no denying Masella has displayed some outrageous behavior and made even more bizarre statements about his famous former flame. He once said he was mad he and Snooki never made a sex tape. When she announced her pregnancy early this year, his reaction was to say he hoped she had a miscarriage. Still, Masella maintains he had no part in the recent nude photo scandal. She also briefly dated Jeff Miranda who proposed to her on the cover of a magazine after just weeks of dating in 2010. The three partially-nude photos of Snooki show the Jersey Shore star taking cell phone pictures of herself disrobing in a hotel room mirror. "It's a shame someone decided to leak them for obvious personal gain," Snooki's rep said in a statement. "Clearly these are old and personal photos that were not meant for the 
public."
